This class is suitable for beginners through intermediate level. Students in this class will learn how to select topics, composition and colors, in addition to mixing and applying pigments to paper. Each participant will develop an understanding of the process and produce several small paintings in the Line and Wash style of watercolor painting. Classes will begin with an introductory session with live demonstration during which a supply list will be provided. Classes will continue with 4 additional consecutive weeks for two hours each time.
Note: Paintings above show the Line and Wash technique and are not necessarily the images students will paint in class. Materials for the class (provided by the student) are estimated to run an additional $125 if you have to buy everything new.
